I find Bella and Jacob are sweet together though I hate Bella/Kristen. She and Edward is just a short love at first sight or more to it. But, with Jacob she can be much more happier than with Edward. *sigh* Stephenie Meyer decides Bella and Edward are gonna be together forever, leaving Jacob so hurt and felt used. *sigh*

@RNgel - I loved the word you used for Jacob - "sunny". I think it hits true to the very essence of Jacob Black, and the very thing that sets him apart from Edward Cullen. (Although I do love Edward too)

I'm totally a Jacob fan. He's natural and sunny. And I think he's the most lovable character there is. I mean, what's up with Bella and her thirst for eternal damnation? Didn't she had enough of sense when Rosalie shared her personal story to Bella? Jacob was there for her when darkness befall upon her and now she's just throwing him out.

I am a Jacob lover and I truly believe that Bella should have chosen him instead of Edward. Jacob is the adult choice while Edward is the young infatuation stage of a relationship. Her every move is based on Edward. Any psychologist can tell you that this is not a healthy relationship in any way, leaving out the fact that he is immortal. Jacob has flaws and he shows them, Bella has many flaws and she shows them. Together they are a normal couple who loves to live not lives to love. They are the true soulmates..
Jake knows everything about Bella and still loves her.

Very interesting. Personally I cannot stand Jacob. He does not respect that she wants Edward and he continues to try to sabotage her relationship. He is very childish in his little sniping comments. As far as Bella choosing Edward and immortality, I love that idea because I believe that some people truly find their soulmate and when that happends, they HAVE to be with that person. Edward was only controlling in the beginning until he saw that it hurt Bella, then he conceded and didn't give her any crap. Jacob antagonizes her throughout the entire book and can't even bring himself to use nuetral words for her sake. I wish he would just go away and leave the true star-crossed lovers to get back to their sweet romance.

I prefer Bella/Jacob because, although I despise Twilight, it seems much better. Jacob has a temper, but I seriously doubt he would go to the limits of kidnapping her when she wants to see a friend. Come on. Edward is abusive, controlling, and just too "perfect".

A life with Edward would be hell, and I'm not going to venture further than New Moon for this answer. Edward likes keeping secrets. Hell, he loves it. And am I the only one freaked out by the fact that he loves her because of her blood?

A life with Jacob would have it's problems without a doubt, but I can think that it would be better. He hates vampires, we all know it. But, in time, I think it would just be something that they would look over minorly (Bella's side). However, Jacob, although he has a temper, is happier, and seems to be a lot nicer. And, as you said, she would probably get more of a human life. We're humans, it's the way we are.

Anyway, my view is probably very biased, but ah well.

I agree with you sooooo much! thank you for having the same opinion! my friends love Edward and Bella - and their relationship - but i think she'd be much better with Jacob.
She would have a much more fulfilling relationship with Jacob. It just seems that shes a slave to Edward and has no real life outside her life with him. That's just not love. People in real love have lives outside each other!
